The EFFIC (Electronic Fabric Filter Integrated Controller) is a powerful and cost-effective tool designed for installation on new fabric filters or for replacement and modernization of control systems on existing units. It provides intelligent fabric filter control and replaces the traditional method of pulsing the fabric filter at a set time interval or at a set pressure drop 1 2.

The primary purpose of EPIC4 is to control the electrostatic precipitator (ESP) by managing the transformer rectifiers (T/Rs) and rapping systems. It ensures efficient particulate collection by charging and depositing particles on collecting plates, which are then removed through rapping. EPIC4 also includes several software packages such as EPOQ (Optimizes emissions), EOPT (Energy Optimization), and PCR (Power Control Rapping) to enhance ESP performance.

The SIR4 (Switched Integrated Rectifier) is designed for the control and supervision of Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) installations. It provides high voltage to the ESP and includes secondary control options for rapping mechanisms, ash transport equipment, and heating elements monitoring. The SIR4 family offers various power ratings and product variants to suit different installation needs.

Level-1 PDA (Process Data Acquisition) system. In difference to the onboard PDA installed with the HMI system, this system is able to collect data much faster and therefore offers better diagnosis and optimization possibilities.
