The system measures a relative amount of sulphate, sulfide and unburnt components in the flue gases. Carryover tool is a stand-alone measurement with optional connection to DCS. The sample is taken manually with a sample rod and analyzed in delivered analysis station.
Char Bed Measurement tool is designed for 3D modeling of the recovery boiler char bed and its location. Measurements are made from video feed of at least two furnace cameras on different walls. Measurement values can be presented in DCS via OPC UA.
