Smart Smelt Flow Measurement is designed for measurement of the recovery boiler smelt spouts flow velocity and volumetric flow rate. The system also measures the fouling of the smelt spouts and furnace smelt flashes. Fouling index can be used to control smelt spouts cleaning robot. Measurements are made from video feeds of the smelt spout CCTV cameras. Smelt flow measurement values can be presented on DCS via OPC UA. System requires at CCTV camera for each spout
