K-4000 system uses a programmable logic controller and signal modules in the field cabinet to analyze and condition raw signals from each level indication sensor, calculate a total level based on decades of ANDRITZ experience, and then output the conditioned raw signals and calculated total level to the mill’s distributed control system (DCS).
