Built on ANDRITZ's extensive process and machine expertise, it combines proven control strategies, automated operating sequences and machine protection functions to support reliable production, consistent pellet quality and efficient operation.

The solution controls and coordinates the pelleting process, including dosing, conditioning, pellet mill operation, cooling and downstream equipment. Process parameters, recipes, alarms and operating data are brought together in an intuitive operator environment, providing operators with clear visibility and control of the complete pelleting process.

ANDRITZ Pelleting Control can be used as a standalone solution or integrated as a process module within an ANDRITZ plant control system. Its scalable architecture also enables multiple machine controls to be operated from a centralized SCADA system, providing a flexible solution for plants with multiple pelleting lines or combinations of pelleting and downstream process equipment.
