The L1-Materialtracking basic automation is the programmed logic for the PLC (acc. IEC 61131-3) and the HMI runtime which is developed in a native or virtualized PC-environment.
The materialtracking automation covers the control (PLC) and display (HMI) of the materialtracking related functions like distribution of coil data and setpoints from MES to the related PLC´s and plant unit´s and position tracking of the strip head/tail of the plant.
Interfaces to the Andritz Advanced Automation, Metris - Digital Solutions are foreseen.
