ASSESS supports site inspection activities for hydropower plants and their associated equipment — providing a consistent, digital framework for conducting, documenting, and sharing assessment findings.

Designed for flexibility, ASSESS can be used on-site with or without internet connectivity: online mode enables real-time collaboration and data synchronization, while offline mode allows inspectors to continue their work in locations without network access, synchronizing data when connectivity is restored. Real-time remote support enables ANDRITZ hydro experts to assist on-site inspection teams remotely — reviewing findings, providing guidance, and contributing specialist expertise without requiring physical presence at the site.

ASSESS is applicable to any equipment type and can be customized to the specific project requirements — whether covering turbines, generators, control systems, civil structures, or other plant components.
