This connection provides access to the full suite of DiOMera capabilities: advanced sensor analytics via DiOMera SENSE, predictive maintenance via DiOMera PREDINSIGHT, and CMMS-based maintenance management via DiOMera CMMS.
Data is transmitted securely via an encrypted connection, with the DiOMera DC (Data Concentrator) serving as the on-site hardware endpoint that establishes and maintains the VPN tunnel to the ANDRITZ Local Monitoring Center (LMC). This architecture ensures that plant data is securely transmitted without interruption on the respect of the Cyber Security normatives for Critical Environments.
